It started in Terminal 4. For too many times in a row, we were stuck with bad airport coffee. $13 prepackaged cold latte? Pass. Battery acid airplane coffee? As Johnny Rose once said … I’d rather drink the tap water. 

Freeze-drying gave us the perfect solution: cafe-quality coffee we could take anywhere. And while we solved our travel coffee problem, we realized how useful Cozy Indigo Coffee became in so many other ways. It quickly became our daily parenting survival kit, our holiday gifts for our coffee-loving travelers, and the perfect hybrid workday pick-me-up.
